Move-In Items

  • Application Fee (Non-Refundable): $20 per applicant
  • Security Deposit (Refundable): One month’s rent

Required Fees

  • Trash Disposal Fee – $30 per month
  • Utility Fee – Electric – Third Party Billing
  • Utility Fee – Internet/Cable – Third Party Billing
  • Renters Insurance: Required $100,000 (minimum) Liability
